Andrew L. Brown is a native of Chicago. Brown earned his MBA – Masters in Business Administration from Benedictine University and his Bachelor Degree in Communications and Reserve Officer Training Corps Commissioned Graduate from De Paul University. Brown retired after 14.5 years of service with the United States Army where he completed a successful decorated tour as a Medical Service Officer. Surviving a near-fatal accident at the highlight of his military career, Brown has helped further develop the leadership skills and abilities needed to overcome life’s unexpected adversities.

In 1998, Brown established “Decision To Destiny”, an inspirational speaking and leadership development firm. Brown has always aspired to work with a diverse market of people. Today, Brown has worked with over 9,500 people in various industries ranging from education, corporate and government, to ensure audiences are exposed to workable solutions to achieve their purpose and goals in the areas of Leadership, Personal Development and Strategy. Much of his success has been his ability to encourage the audience members to understand the “TRI-E Attitude” (Educate, Evaluate, and Elevate), and believe in their abilities to excel and achieve their goals and dreams.

Today, he the Author of the HIGHLY ANTICIPATED INSPIRATIONAL NOVEL OF 2005 “Overcome Adversity …Your Dreams Matter!!!” Writer Digest reviewed ‘Overcome Adversity’ as being, “Emotional Honest, CLEAR and Courageous!!!
